PRACTICING SLOW FOCUSED MOVEMENT Exercise 1 Feeling the presence of CHI Become aware of the CHI-Energy in your hands using the "Open and Close" method*, then proceed in your self-healing practice remaining constantly aware of the feeling (heat, cold, pressure, tingling, etc.) no matter where you move your hands. Move extremely slowly. If you lose the physical connection simply go back to where you last felt it and proceed. Play with this until you are comfortable and at ease.
