PictureEASY, GENTLE POWERFUL MOVEMENT MEDITATION: Lift Chi Up/Pour Chi Down Standing or Seated relieves stress, releases pain.
    It is a delight to be sharing self-healing practices with clients and students here in Northern California, including a wonderful group healing session at the Veterans Administration Center in Sacramento. 
    My adaptation of the marvelous LIFT CHI UP / POUR CHI DOWN method (the innovation of Dr. Pang Ming) has proved to be an extremely effective method for relieving stress and releasing pain.
   A slow, gentle and easy guided movement meditation, it can be done standing or seated.  
    Effects of regular practice include mind/body relaxation,  a stronger immune system, more mental clarity and emotional stability, and the experience of feeling at one with life.
    This practice is a tool toward Self-SustainAbility--accessing our inner resources to awaken Compassion and Gratitude and bring about enhanced wellness, joy, balance and longevity.
